Teenage driving sensation, Carson Hocevar, lives in Portage, MI with his family. (His mom grew up in Davison.) Carson’s fascination with racing began by watching TV, playing video games, and going to the track. He started racing Quarter Midgets when he was 6 years old, and was extremely successful, winning 79 national races and 15 national titles in that class. In the last couple of years, since moving up to Pro Late Models and Super Late Models, the 14 year old Rookie in car #14 has had plenty of reasons to celebrate. Hocevar is the youngest driver to win multiple CRA/JEGS All-Stars Tour events, including the Dixie 100 at Birch Run Speedway on August 18, 2017. When he isn’t racing, Carson continues to be an excellent student, (a condition imposed by his parents), taking advantage of online classes to continue his studies while he pursues his passion. Carson Hocevar is definitely someone to watch in the future.
