Christian Koehler is from South Bend, Indiana, and has been racing for three years. His grandfather, who raced sprints on pavement, and still occasionally races at the age of 80, is his inspiration. Christian’s career in racing began when he traded his motorcycle for a Micro-Sprint. Today, Christian races full-sized Sprint cars on asphalt, both Winged and Non-Winged varieties, usually in a car with the #10. When he isn’t racing, Christian works as a Harley-Davidson technician/mechanic specializing in motorcycles for a towing and repair shop. He enjoys working on his race car, buying and reconditioning a variety of vehicles for resale, photography, taking pictures from a camera attached to a drone, spending time with his family, and watching Notre Dame football.
